Delivery Charges and Details

• Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via our Registered Courier Service.
  
  
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
  
  
• Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  
  
• Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your city and courier service.
  
  
• Delivery charges: Rs. 200 
  
  
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for your convenience.
  
  

Return & Exchange Policy

At eduplaytoys.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

• Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
  
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note: A fixed return shipping charge of Rs. 200 will apply, which will be borne by the customer.

Return/Exchange Window:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

Process:

• Contact us via WhatsApp at 03239170988 with your order details.
  
  
• Once approved, ship the item back to us via courier.
  
  
• After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or as Easypaisa (as per your choice).
  

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund process after we receive your returned item.
